Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: When i was last a moderator it was the christmas update and i got alot of f1's done im very helpful and a great listener

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
I had a guy who was hacking using some spin bot and wall hacks but every single time he denied it and used his hacks as i couldn't actually jail him i had to kick once and then ban


If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: Ok mods Today i'll be teaching you how to be well mods 1. Read the rules, there is no point in being a rule protector if you, yourself don't know to rules 2. Be fair treat people the same if you see one person breaking nlr you can ell them to leave but tell everyone to leave dont warn one if your not gonna warn them all 3. Obey the rules Dont Abuse your power to TP freeze or /back these are commands used for duty only 4. F1S Every week a minimum of 20 F1s must be completed and the f1s should and will be taken from the bottom up as the people waiting longer become very angry especially at rdm's or Raid timers 5. Help out This is a given as you are there to help those who need it As a mod you have commands to /tp and /back these are to start off as if you abuse these you will not get admin.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? In this case i would ask a higher up for assistance in the ban appeal as i personally am not a fan of making good choices on the forums

But in this case i would confront the admin who banned the Prop-spammer and Check the Similaritys and Differences in complaints i would usually side with the first time Banned but if the admin has recording of an intentional prop spam they should be reduced to a 1 month as its a first time ban

Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words): I should be given admin as over my time as a mod in christmas i experienced some difficult f1's and i usually get to a compromise between two players even as an ex admin i miss
the job and the f1's i like working as an admin as its an easy job as long as you play your cards right and i have all the right cards [Thanks for listening]
