idk, cant tell how serious or apologetic you are since you seem to just talk about how its your fourth appeal and you can only say sorry. I guess its possible thats all thats needed. I would recommended possible writing an apology to the person you were racist to (unless it wasn't at a specific person, in that case just apologize to the staff members that had muted you).
