After speaking with SkeletonWarrior I have decided to accept this.

Skeleton knows now that he should at least speak to you or another user before banning you for calling him a "dog". Denis you will be unbanned, however next time don't call him a "dog" as Skeleton finds it offensive in his culture.

The word meaning of calling someone a "dog":

In other cultures and countries the word "dog" is/can often be used to reffer to someone as something lower than a human being. This makes the word offending and disrespectful towards them.
