Hello John, after reviewing your evidence and speaking with Prosyndicate, I have decided to accept this appeal. Prosyndicate has told me that he saw you randomly shooting at someone. Even if you were rdming lui-g, Prosyndicate needed to wait for the gunfight to end and either for one of you to kill the other and not identify the body or for the body to be identified as innocent. I have explained the joining gunfights rule to him in order to ensure that he understands. Prosyndicate was in the wrong in this scenario, however, I feel that just a talk-to will suffice and no further action is needed. If this happens again feel free to report it. Thanks for making this report.
