REASON - well, I actually only thought spawn district was the big building that you spawn at I thought that building was CBD but as soon as you or another admin (can't remember) alerted me I immediately left the area, This was a mistake on my part and this was due to not having the Best knowledge of the S3 map districts, Will not happen again and I hope you can forgive me for this mistake.
