For you acceptable KOS reasons your first and third are very similar and both fall under the category of if you are being attacked you can kill the attacker. Your second invalid KOS reason could be a lot more specific, as killing on suspicion can be a lot of things. You seem dedicated as you have tried to improve your application but personally i feel you need more time before becoming mod.
