So you have a lack of information is your application, you do not include scenarios for any of the questions nor enough detail. As well as the fact you haven't even filled in the section on why you should be chosen. Should you correct this and actually try in your app I could see you getting onto the staff team but as of right now this lack of detail will not get you onto the staff team
