if you read correctly he says he speaks the SCANDINAVIAN LANGUAGES, and Languages = that there's more than 1, so yes.

People hold different interpretations to what Scandinavia actually is. Finland, for example, is not part of Scandinavia, but is considered part of Fenno-Scandinavia.

Basically Xerceas was asking how many Scandinavian languages he knows: three, four or five, as there tends to be quite a difference depending on the person you ask.
