you need to be dedicated with activity in order to have a big chance of applying for SA. i also feel you lack some skills that you need when applying for a high rank like this. you haven't been standing out in the meetings too which is a big problem. improve on these and you might have a chance.

goodluck

Things I shall point out,

Though you didn't mention this, I am not using my mic as It doesn't seem to be working on TS anymore But I'm working to fix this,

Activity, Due to school as mentioned in the application, I am back now and activity will go high and consistent as it use to be,

as for skills, I am trying hard to improve on these.
even when you had your mic working you would always be shy. if it starts working again and i see improvements then i might change my mind.
His activity is quite consistent even though there are some drops here and there. Just because he is shy doesn't mean he doesn't deserve a chance at getting lead team. He is extremely dedicated and very experienced. Look at DrConor he is a great TTT Super Admin that is shy as well but his dedication and experience were enough to get him the promotion. What matters is him being a good staff member and showing presence in the meetings, with a mic or without, not how much he talks to people. I would much rather see someone as a super admin that is experienced and a great admin even though he doesn't really talk to people than someone that is moderately good but gets it because he always talks to other lead team members. I'm not blaming anyone but don't let Box's shy personality influence your vote.
so you would not mind a lead team member who lacks skill and rarely communicates with other deathrun staff just because he had admin for 2-3 months? time doesn't really mean experience you even said yourself. i feel there are other qualified candidates who have more skill and deserve it more(no offense to box).

EDIT: His activity is decent but for an admin. his activity does not show much dedication to deathrun.

anyways i'm not replying again since i don't wanna create drama. you can talk to me on steam if you'd like.
If you could please provide some names of admin(s) (on steam) you see more fit for lead team I'd be glad to disqualify most of them for various reasons (no offense to you guys you do a great job). I'm not saying time means experience but Box definitely has the experience needed to be a super admin. If you look into the past 30 days he only missed 8 days of the 30 which could simply be him taking a break for the weekend, him having school, etc. If him getting consistently good activity in the past 2-3 months even when he has other things to worry about such as exams and more doesn't show dedication to the server then I don't know what does. We can't all be like lemon and play 24/7 some of us have a life (no offense to you lemon but I think you would agree with this as well). Box isn't missing any of the skills required to be a super admin and I've seen that first hand from TTT. He doesn't need to talk to the staff team to get his job done, neither do lead team members. I'm on a break not talking to almost anyone and I still manage to do my lead team duties properly which is what should matter more than talking to the staff team about irrelevant subjects. I'm not saying talking to the staff team is a bad thing but it should not be a requirement to getting lead team.
