I'm on a break not talking to almost anyone and I still manage to do my lead team duties properly which is what should matter more than talking to the staff team about irrelevant subjects. I'm not saying talking to the staff team is a bad thing but it should not be a requirement to getting lead team.

Just because he is shy doesn't mean he doesn't deserve a chance at getting lead team. He is extremely dedicated and very experienced. Look at DrConor he is a great TTT Super Admin that is shy as well but his dedication and experience were enough to get him the promotion. What matters is him being a good staff member and showing presence in the meetings, with a mic or without, not how much he talks to people. I would much rather see someone as a super admin that is experienced and a great admin even though he doesn't really talk to people than someone that is moderately good but gets it because he always talks to other lead team members.
