Things I shall point out,

Though you didn't mention this, I am not using my mic as It doesn't seem to be working on TS anymore But I'm working to fix this,

Activity, Due to school as mentioned in the application, I am back now and activity will go high and consistent as it use to be,

as for skills, I am trying hard to improve on these.

even when you had your mic working you would always be shy. if it starts working again and i see improvements then i might change my mind.

It was less of "shy" but more of, Didn't know what the fuck to talk about and it's random to randomly say "Hey, How's the weather"

Anyway! I will Improve on this If/When I find it and get it working.

Box what the hell lmao, you can actually talk about the subject being spoken in the meeting. Imagine you training someone and saying, "so what have you eaten today?" just speak on topic and thats it.

What if he is interested what the person who is being trained has eaten?
