Things I shall point out,

Though you didn't mention this, I am not using my mic as It doesn't seem to be working on TS anymore But I'm working to fix this,

Activity, Due to school as mentioned in the application, I am back now and activity will go high and consistent as it use to be,

as for skills, I am trying hard to improve on these.

even when you had your mic working you would always be shy. if it starts working again and i see improvements then i might change my mind.

It was less of "shy" but more of, Didn't know what the fuck to talk about and it's random to randomly say "Hey, How's the weather"

you really don't know what to talk about in the meeting? why not talk about the things happening inside the meeting like the apps?

In the meetings I do? quite often tbf,
