You are a fairly friendly person within the community, Although i feel there is still a lot of stuff you can do to improve your chances.

Currently I feel your forum presence could be better, I have seen recently you have started to improve although i feel you could post more within the forums.

At times I feel you can be slightly immature and i feel you need to tone it down at times.

I feel you need to improve your communication with the current lead team, I have rarely been communicated with by you to help with a matter you have to discuss.

Your leadership skills could be improved.
