Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: rdm is when a player decides "fuckit" and kills people/'s.
it is often met with an 8 year old SCREAMING rdm rdm rdm into there mic.. not fun. it can refer to a multitude of different situations.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: nlr is when a player dies. the premise is that for 4 or 5 minutes they shouldnt remember there past life. so that the person that killed them can complete a raid or flee from the scene.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
in a sit, i would ask the offense why they decided to kill the other player. if they respond with "oh it was a misclick" or " he looked at me funny" i usually warn the player for rdm and jail them for 300 seconds or so... if they had a hit or a valid reason to kill ( 3 warnings etc) i tell them to be careful and let the parties go.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
i would ask the player of they went back.. they ususally tell the truth or simply state that they didnt know it was a rule. if they own up and tell the truth i let them off with a verbal warning. if however they lie and say that they didnt do anything. i ask how they killed the player simultaneously withing a short time frame. this results in a warning and a 100 second jail experience.

Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words): Why do you want to become staff? : i have been staff on so many servers that at this point i end up leaving them when i dont feel that the server will last. the impression i get from this server is VERY different. i have been staff on a few popular servers but left due to toxic staff or just general lack of maturity between them. it doesnt feel right when a 21 year old is dealing with/ working along side 13 year olds. with the staff i have met, not one of them has been whiny, annoying or in anyway lacking the maturity i enjoy working with. this is a uk based server with a 19 ping. you dont get that every day so its another plus. im 8 hours behind you guys so when im on in the middle of the day its 4 in the morning for most of the staff. its a rare night that even one member of staff is on and that i can get one of the many mass rdmmers punished. this is the type of scenario i love to see, a place where i can fit in and make the server more fun for everyone. in the time i have spent on the server ive come across many individuals that ive enjoyed my time with. the server seems like a fun place and i feel like my contribution towards the fun and expansion of the community would be welcomed.
