It is without a doubt that you will do a great job on Jailbreak staffing. The problem is that you will do so for some time, and then slowly become less active until you want to apply for Lead Team. Once you get Lead Team you're active for a while, activity then drops again.

It seems to be a constant pattern; and again I have to side with Blocked. The server has just been released and needs active members staffing on it for a while until it's settled; not just members that will fill in the role for a few weeks then hoard the rank for months.
