EXP for Prisoners

How would it benefit the server:

It would give prisoners more incentive to actually obey orders more often rather than rebelling every round for kills.

Potential Issues/Exploits:

Could be OP and grant too much EXP.

Additional notes:

Every minute a Prisoner survives they should be granted a set amount of EXP.

If a prisoner becomes last alive they should get a big amount of EXP.
