Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I feel that my time as a moderator will contribute highly to me becoming an admin, for one my time as a moderator has taught me when to use what punishment, how all the commands work, the right time to use those commands and the restrictions to set for myself for those commands. It has also taught me how to handle f1s, when I can't handle a situation due to my the commands that I am limited to and to get a higher up to take over or assist me. Being a mod has also taught me what it is like to be on the staff team and how big of a responsibility it is. So overall my time as a moderator is a huge contribution to me being able to be ready to be an admin.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
One time i had a prop spammer come on late at night when there were no admins, after prop blocking the whole spawn and refusing to remove the props i kicked himv. The player continued to come back and prop spam and i had to build his warns up to a ban and then later talk to an admin about increasing his ban. If i had been an admin this situation would have took 5 minutes rather than close to 30.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hello! I have been assigned to teach you all the parts of being a moderator. Firstly let's get into the commands that come with the rank "Moderator"
COMMANDS
/tp: This command by its self is used to teleport yourself to the position of your crosshairs.
/tp (steam id) : this command will teleport the selected player to the position of your crosshairs.
/goto (name) : This command teleports you to the play but I do not recommend using the name with this command.
/goto (steam id) : This command will teleport you to the selected player and is usually used in handling f1s.
/back: This command alone will send you back to the place from which you last teleported from.
/back (steam id ): This command will send the selected player back to the last position that they were at before last being teleported and is usually used in sending players back in f1s and sits.
/bring (steam id) : This command will bring the selected player to you and is usually used to bring players during a sit or an f1.
/backspawn: This command alone will send you back to spawn and is usually used after a sit or f1.
/backspawn (steam id) : This command will send the player back to spawn and is usually used after an f1 if you tped the player more than once and can't send them back to their original position.
/freeze (steam id) : The freeze command is used to freeze players when needed. Ex (someone is RDMing so you would freeze them so that they won't be able to move)
/unfreeze (steam id) : This command is used to unfreeze a player and is usually used to unfreeze a player that you previously had to freeze due to their actions.
/warn (steam id) : This command is used to warn the selected player as a punishment for their actions and is usually used during an f1 or a sit.
/unwarn (steam id) : This command is used to remove a warn that you have given to the player and is usually used if you have accidentally warned a player.
/kick (steam id) : This command is used to kick the selected player from the server as a punishment for their actions and is usually used to kick prop spammers if they wont stop spamming props.
/voicemute (steam id) (amount of time) : This command is to mute the selected players voice for all players and is usually used to mute mic spammers if they continue after being asked to stop and/ or being warned for it.
/chatmute (steam id) (amount of time) : This command is used to mute the selected players chat and is usually used when a player is disrespecting another player and/ or using racial slurs and continues after being asked to stop or immediately depending on the severity of it.
/unmutechat (steam id) : This command is used to unmute the selected players chat and is usually used if you feel that you muted the player wrongly and/ or for to long.
/slay (steam id) : This command is used to forcefully kill the selected player and is usually used when the player is refusing to holster a weapon or if they are abusing an item.
HOW TO HANDLE AN F1
Now lets get into the F1 menu, the f1 menu shows the logs, the active f1 reports, all the players with active NLR, and a section that shows recent warns. To handle an f1 right click on the f1 and a small task menu will open, click on handle f1, then you can right click on the f1 again and select goto and this will teleport you to the player and then inform them they you are there to handle their f1. You should then depending on the situation either bring the player to a roof or take care of the problem if it is currently happening. After you have handled the f1 you should send the player back to their original position using /back (steam id) but only if you have teleported the player. After you have dealt with the f1 and all other problems the player has go back into the f1 menu and again, right click on the f1 and click the button that is labeled Mark as finished, this will add the f1 to your total f1 count and remove it from the f1 menu and you must do this after finishing every F1. That is all for now, Good Luck with becoming a good staff member! (723 Words)
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello player X, I see that you have applied to appeal the permanent ban that you received from "x" admin for propspam, seeing as you seem to have spent great detail and time on this appeal and you really want another chance and from your appeal it doesn't look like you will repeat this act I have decided to accept this appeal due to the effort put into this appeal

Your sentence will be shortened to a 1 week ban.
Thanks for appealing!
Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words): I feel I should be promoted because I'm a longtime player and I'm constantly active (I'm on almost everyday) I love the Zarp community and want to help better it.I constantly see Rulebreaks and I can do nothing but sit back, watch, and wait for a staff member to handle it which can take an hour or more and by then the rule breaker has gotten off the server or the logs have disappeared. I mainly play on server 3 or s1, which s3 has a lack of staff and so I'm constantly having my RP ruined by rulebreakers who think they can get away with it because a staff member isn't looking. Sometimes when a staff member isn't on or all the staff members are afk the rulebreaks get to a point where it's best for me to just leave instead of waiting for a staff member. I'm constantly put in situations where there are no active staff and I have to sit the mass rulebreaks and attempt to get a staff member on to help. Lastly I think I should be promoted because I'm good with social interaction, dealing with people, and I'm easy to get along with.(197 words )
