Dedication:
I am extremely dedicated to this specific server for many reason. I enjoy helping other staff members whenever they need help with something no matter was it relating to game or not. Also punishing people whenever they break rules and makes the gamemode unfair or ruins it, is something i like to do and will do whenever needed. Having not so good playercount on weekdays haven't affected the way i see or act on the server. Some might think my activity alone shows my dedication but no, anyone could get activity if only sees interest in the gamemode.

Experience:
When i first joined in 2015 i was kind of confused how the things work and stuff. Then after a while i got moderator which started my desire to help people within the server while enjoying playing the gamemode. When i left and joined back in 2017 summer i had pretty good understanding of those confusing things. The more time has passed, the more i have learnt to use my power correctly and efficiently without hesitation. Also seen little bit how BHOP works as ex BHOP admin.

Activity:
There isn't much to tell, i am mostly active active everyday unless i have something more important to do or simply just forgot to go on server. Also i'm quite active in teamspeak.

Personality:
I am not very talkative person to begin with, i am easily talked to and can be reached easily. Even if i am not talkative i see myself as friendly and always helpful no matter the situation. There won't be a problem if i get frustrated or mad since you won't notice it or tell the difference of me not talking.

Trust:
I think i am quite trusted even though i have not held previous lead team positions. What comes for Deathrun and people around there, i would say they or most of them think i am trustworthy as part of lead team or just as player and maybe to some of them as friend.

Plans:
What comes for my plans, i don't have anything special like fixing some maps. I would try my best take care of the staff team as whole and help them if/when they struggle for example punishing people and get them learn to properly give out punishments to those who have broke the rules. Also would try to get accepted suggestions into the server as soon as possible. Everyone has their opinion but i'll try to be example for others. Of course i'd like to take part testing maps which are in need of fixing or new maps if there will be new ones.

Why me:
First of all, i think i have more leading abilities than other SA's. I have been SA about 3 months, i have experienced multiple situations like some argument between staff and ended up nicely. I am easily contacted as i'm online pretty much every day from noon to night. As far as i see it, i am mature and calm. When it comes to dealing/handling situations i always try to get moderators and maybe even admins to punish them so they'll have some experience too of using commands and such.
