When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
- When a player has 6+ recent punishments
- When a player mass rulebreaks
- When a player is continuously being discriminatory/disrespectful after being told to stop.

There was once a player being extremely racist and discriminatory on the server while I was alone, spamming the web taunts with racist taunts, using the chat to be racist, and talking in the voice chat. The only thing I could do was keep muting him, gagging him and web taunt muting him. I called assistance from another higher rank staff member and the problem got sorted. It would be much easier if I had these powers for myself.

I have been a moderator on deathrun for over two weeks now and I feel that I have handled and learnt about a lot of varying situations and gained plenty of experience. I think I am ready for the promotion to admin to receive the extra powers included, and to higher my capabilities of handling different situations. I am also currently staff on the TTT Server and have been for around 4 months, gaining lots of staffing experience.
