Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command
An appropriate situation to use the ban command would be when a player has 11+ recents, has been warned that their next will result in a ban but does not show any effort to change and continues to break rules. Another acceptable use would be if a user joins the server, mass RDMs 3 or more people and then LTAPs.

Explain how you would handle the following situation
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

If it is their first time being banned and it is clear that they are genuinely apologetic then they should be given a second chance. i would talk to them about the situation making it clear to them that if they cheat again there will be little chance of them being unbanned again. After they are unbanned i would keep an eye on them to ensure they are not breaking anymore rules and do not cheat again.
