Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
The most serious thing I have encountered was a strafe hacker. I don't know how long he was on for but I caught him and kicked him to stop him from hacking/cheating. Then I had to pass it on to an Admin to follow it up. Other than that, I have only dealt with a few mic/chat spammers and some racist comments here and there.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Firstly I would congratulate them on getting the role. Then I would tell them the punishments for a player (warn, mute etc.) along with the commands and the situations to use them in. Also, I would mention that f6 allows you to view peoples punishments and can be used to remove warns if they were made by mistake. After all of that I would answer any questions they may have.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
If it was their first time being banned and their appeal is good, I would consider unbanning them but always watching out for them. However, if it is not their first time being banned, I would not accept due to the fact he has already been unbanned once and has proven himself untrustworthy.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I believe I should be promoted because I have had a fair amount of experience with being moderator. I am also quite active which means I wouldn't need to contact a higher level staff to get someone banned ( if needed). I am a trustworthy person who has never been banned on any server.
