RDM: When a player kills another player for no reason.
NLR: Returning to a district where you died which isn't allowed as long as there is a timer for that district.
How i'd handle an RDM: I'd bring player Y and see what he has to say if its true what player X is saying then i'd warn player Y for RDM.
How i'd handle NLR Breaker: Pretty much like i'd handle RDM..

I'd really love to become a mod on zarpRP server 1 because it’s my favorite Server. I’ve only been playing on the server for a month! But the reason i wan’t to become a mod is because i wan’t to help the server and the staff. Because sometimes it takes a long time for staff to answer my f1’s (No offense). And the more staff the faster it takes to answer an f1! I've also been wanting to become a moderator for a pretty long time but haven't found the right server until now! I’ve also started to notice that when there are a LOT of people online there are barely enough mods to handle all the rulebreakers. And i think it would be great if i only could have the ability to stop these rulebreakers! Anyways that’s my application hope you let me become a moderator! Thanks.
