Unfortunately from the acceptable kos reasons and unacceptable kos reason it doesn’t seem you have the best understanding of the rules just yet, so I’d keep playing for a bit longer before applying. When you said player A jumps off the cliff and Player B shoots at them, you wouldn’t be able to just shoot Player B before it was made clear that he was shooting an innocent and not at a traitor, you can do this by waiting for Player B to kill Player A and go ID the body to check, alternatively you can kill Player B if after killing the Player A, Player B does not make any attempt to ID the body. This excludes if they are shooting at a detective or shooting a player that you know hasn’t committed any traitorous acts.
