Deaths get more crowbar/punch damage or they can pick up weapons

How would it benefit the server:
Playing as death that have a bigger chance at the minigame to win

Potential Issues/Exploits:

Additional notes:
I think it would be nice that death can deal more damage or pick up a weapon so the runners have a challenge at the end to and do not have a easy win most of the time.
Example:
On the map helix if a runner chooses bhop and a death reaches the end of the bhop you can have a fair fight if the runner reaches the end to of the bhop minigame.
