This has been a problem in the past as I kept asking for staff to do something about a guy repetitively being racist against Japanese people and the staff didn't do anything about it, I got admin chat muted for putting the evidence in admin chat and asking for them to be punished, and after that I decided to make a report abuse instead, I really think this should have been handled at the time and the staff should have looked into it
