When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:

An instance in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command would be where someone broke a rule then left instantly after, as this would be seen as leaving to avoid punishment, or LTAP.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:

There was an instance of an extremely disrespectful player. He was consistently being disrespectful, so I muted him. After unmuting him, his friend left. He then decided to scream racism down the mic then instantly leave. Due to my available commands as a moderator, I was unable to personally punish him adequately, so I had to notify an administrator to ban him. With the rank of administrator, I would easily be able to do this myself.

Why I should be promoted:

It's me again, the guy who comes back, does a sick job, then resigns again after a month. I acknowledge that my consistency can be understandably questioned, however I've got reasons to believe that I can stick around much longer than last time:

• A new server developer, who I trust to consistently release new content for the server.
• A new community manager, who I know I can depend on to give everyone a voice and push through the changes that the community want.

My knowledge of the rules has reached such a point that it's difficult to question; I have been Deathrun Admin 2 other times in the past, and both times I was able to prove a level of excellence and pride in my staffing duties that has come close to unmatched. I was consistently willing to take on extra work beyond my role on the server itself, for the greater good of the server, an example of which can be found here. (started off as a Deathrun thread, was moved to Staff Discussion because it could apply to all servers) I feel like I suit the role of admin perfectly and I'd be able to do a great job once again.

I have improved on my ability to control my anger, so my attitude issues that I had last time would be much less of a factor.

While my activity may be, to put it bluntly, a bit shit, this will be considerably improved over the coming week. Considering my past ability to maintain strong, consistent activity, I don't feel this to be a great concern.
