What have you done to regain trust and show that you have changed and it won't happen again?

You broke a rule by scamming someone and got banned then you traded out of game items so you could get unbanned, once you got banned for scamming why did not read the rules because if you did you would have known that you cannot trade out of game items so clearly you did not care to read them.
