As of making your opinion clear and having good leaderships skill is something you have, our recent talk makes me feel that you still need more time as you just recently came back to SSRP and you definitely need to learn more. Also the fact that when I told you something your first instinct was to argue back wanting to talk to a higher up. When I told you I'm currently speaking to a HA and he can explain the same thing to you, you wanted to talk to a CM. This isn't the right way to treat situations like this when you get told about something by a higher up. These are things that you should work on! Good luck anyways!
