You get kicked as Sally said for the cheating before you are banned meaning that you're lying about "forgetting" to turn it off as it's more of you deliberately done it on purpose as surely a kick would inform you about this and you wouldn't then proceed to rejoin :minussp:

He’s claiming that he skipped over and didn’t read the kick message so he rejoined without realising. Anyways, it’s been a very long time and he’s obviously learnt to be more careful.
