Hello Dovah, after having a lengthy discussion with yourself (on steam) and Nay, I have decided to deny this appeal. The reason for this is that you were not able to provide me with the relevant proof and Nay claims that you were being loud in a high pitched voice for approximately ten seconds. Without evidence to dispute this, I don't feel this should be accepted. However, If you can find the video, please feel free to appeal with the video attached.

I have however spoken to Nay about these situations as he didn't know that mutes/gags counted as recent punishments, so I have explained that to him.
