I can 100% guarantee if I went on Teamspeak and called a staff member the n word I would instantly be banned for at least a week, why should he get special treatment simply due to his past work. If anything he should be getting a harsher punishment than a normal user since he is staff, his job is to uphold the rules and set an example for the rest of the community not to break them. If it were up to me he would not be punished at all and the "no tolerance rule" would be removed but the rule is in place whether we like it or not and so he should be expected to follow it and to be punished when not following it.

I myself have broken the racism rule multiple times in the past on multiple servers and have been punished for it and waited out my punishments, once again I see no reason why SyStem should be exempt from this.
