Well.. Basically this.. I knew i couldnt change anything, since ive allready apologised atleast 20 times to the guy, over steam/ts/Ingame.
- I was never warned for racism, ever. As a user or staff. Im gonna be honest and say, i did however recieve a official warning a year+ ago, nothing similar to this situation. The chat thing, I copy pasted accidentally..... People should know that..... But still didnt recieve a official for it though

This has been going on for a very long time between me and the guy i called that bad Word, ive always been calm and nice to him, where he usually made fun of me with a few different staff members the past few months. For example on surf, i was applying for surf SA, and some random dude got it so i had to wait a long time. Now this with Getzco for ha. Its obivously a incident of holding grudges. There is proof of where the guy acually told me "you'l never get into the lead team because you have a child, and you're too boring. Im afraid that, if someone says a really harsh joke, you'l get offended and try to get them punished" - Which i never published, there is a ton of proof about the guy. I never wanted him to get punished. I never reported him for leaking LT evidence to normal users "to friends" as he even said himself. Why does no one talk about that? Or when he got a users IP adress and sent it to him? I can go on... Ive always had my mouth shut and just followed what ever i got told, to prevent sheit like this. But then i get a Little too much to drink, and say something fucked up to my friend in a private channel with him in it, only. And this happends. There are situations where i told him as an admin "i hope to be able to do the same stuff you do one day" he made fun of me and the Whole community now talks about how he is my "idol" or something.
I was respecting higher ups and i talked to them in a nice way, which i also was made fun of by the guy and xnator, which then roasted me aswell, i was made fun of Again or "memed" as people call it. This has happend a dozen of times, i never reported Jack squad. But when i make one mistake, the Whole forum gather around to give me a piece of their mind. And to be honest, all of these comments really make you think. If this gets denied, i dont mind waiting until ts apps get opened, or until i get promoted on surf, if people let me. All of this is a journey ive learned quite allot about, and will never be forgotten.

I kept everything a secret to not harm anyone. I make one mistake, and i get f#cked over.. I dont want the staff team to become like the one back in 2015, people know what i mean with this. And obviously it got under my skin aswell you see, since i said stuff like that, but i cant do much more than to be sorry and apologise over and over Again.
