The reason he's been demoted on Teamspeak is because he has already had his warning about racism on the server, even though it is 0 tolerance and he knows this. (So technically he already had his chance. He needs to learn a proper lesson on how to speak to people on the server and treat his fellow staff members)

Also, why should you be given powers to remove someone from the server because they're breaking rules when you can't even follow them?
