Do you permanently ban user for 1 account of racism? If your answer was no you should support this appeal as only an official was needed

You do realise that if a player has said something like this on a server, they would be instantly banned correct? Staff members should not get special treatments. Also System I know you're a great guy but this is the 2nd time you have said a racist word within the community. 1 in OOC on SSRP and the 2nd on teamspeak.
