What Did The Staff Member(s) do?: Auto slain me without asking or even telling me what rules I broke. He also continued to ignore me over the course of the next 20-30 minutes as I called him out in chat and over mic to explain himself. I then added him on steam hoping for a reply, but to no avail.

I'm pretty sure he knows that he fucked up and that's why he has no explanation or desire to continue the topic.
