Reason - (What rules did the person break?) Loophole Racism

Story - (What happened?) He died in the event so he decided to say this V, So I got him in a sit with a Moderator he then said "I said it meaning Naughty Word" so I, of course, argued saying If you meant that Why not just say that?, Then after he got 2 admins they just said "Matters on the context" which then I was returned. My point in this report abuse is that It was clearly loopholing, If he wanted to say Naughty Word, He should've just said it instead of saying n word.
