Not to be a buzzkill but im just gonna explain the reasons why I don't think you should get it currently,

1. We just accepted 2 SA's in 1 meeting giving us a large amount of leadteam members

2. I wasn't happy with the comments you were saying in admin chat "Don't do anyone F1's let me do them" as a Super admin your job is to ensure staff members are doing their job to the best standard possible, not give them another reason not to do them, it shows poor leadership skills, which a lead team member requires
