Staff members do not interact with Rhys enough to know what he is like so you're going off of his previous actions, which is stupid so I suggest before giving a bad excuse to not support someone who has been following the rules and showing a good attitude towards the server and it's players, try interacting with the user applying to get to know what he is like.
