Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I am active on the server, I always call staff to come online if none are online or if they are AFK, i report quite a large amount of F1's and as a user, I have seen that many rule breaks happen without staff even realising it

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
I am no longer a moderator but when I was I remember that many of these obstacles were just for banning or grabbing users with your physgun which is much easier to do than to press tab then search their name for 5 minutes and freeze them.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
First, we have some basic commands such as Teleport, Freeze, Unfreeze, Slay, Unban/ban from job, Global Mute, Chat mute, Goto and bring
The command we are looking at is Teleport which is used to teleport where your crosshair is aiming, you can also type /tp [PLAYER NAME] while aiming somewhere.
The second Command is GOTO, its used to teleport to a player that needs help or that is rulebreaking and you tp to them to stop them
Next command is bring which teleports users to your location, this is used for bring people into sits
Freeze/Unfreeze are very useful commands which freezes a player so they can't escape from the sit etc.
Slay is used when a mutant has a gun and isn't willing to drop it so you can slay them
Ban/Unban from job is used to prevent someone from being a job if they are constantly breaking rules for that job or if they were banned falsely or accidentally you can unban them
Global mute is for muting micspamming, disrespect, racism etc.
Chat mute is for muting a users chat so they can't be disrespectful, racist or spam it
The command Back is used to return a player to their last location or to spawn

F1 MENU
Its used for Logging, Active Warnings or Admin requests
Logs are the most important things that you need as a staff member, they are used to see who killed who and to check if anyone broke NLR, arrested anyone etc.
Active Warnings
This tab isn't really needed imo but it is used to see recent active warnings given out by staff
Next Tab is Admin Requests which is used to see users problems and by right click on one and pressing handle you can teleport to them and help them

F6 Menu
Here you can check anyone's warnings/bans by clicking on their name on the list while they are online, If they are not online you can use their STEAMID in the SEARCH at the bottom of the list.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for prop spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I personally believe that a permaban for a first offence is too harsh so I would reply to the Appeal saying

Hello Player X, I believe that you were punished too harsh and I have accepted this appeal and lower your ban to 3 days. I hope you have learnt your lesson not to prop spam

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
I should be promoted to admin because I am active, friendly, trusted and experienced. Before I resigned I was a staff member on the server for 10 months. I used to hold the rank of Murder Super admin which gives me a lot of trust and am Deathrun Head Admin currently. I report often and help as much as I can. I am extremely friendly and I want to help everyone that needs help! When i resigned I experienced many people rulebreaking and have seen how hard staff work and how little people appreciate it. I want to be accepted so I can help more users and more staff members.
