With ample time I was thinking more like three or four. And technically the mass warning that you do to the server when you plunk it down can be described as a single warning, therefore you only have to give one extra warning once he is using it.

Of course if the detective is dead or not at the scene then they cannot kill the Traitor if they find out he used the Health Station later, at least not if the required warnings were not given.
