I would think that given the policy is still rather new, would be to most always give a warning first or a day ban. Once you’ve done your job and made sure they understand the policy and they continue then you can hit them with the hammer. I understand that he has recently come off a perma ban but thats even more of a reason to gather a strong base before having to return him to a perma. I've spoke with Black Kid and made it clear he is on thin ice and that any further rule breaking will result in a long ban. You shouldn't always jump to a ban that only pushs people further to break rules.
