You must provide their Steam IDs from either typing status in Console or by taking a screenshot of their steamID once they've disconnected from the server.
I can prove that both players were in fact on the server, in combination of the evidence provided and speaking to you regarding the matter in-game, I will be accepting this report.

In the future please provide valid steam ID proof as Steam Community links aren't liable as this form of proof.
