Hello Happydead after viewing the evidence provided and talking with Box I've decided to deny this appeal due to the fact that Goomba was holding a sten, therefore impossible to oneshot hit him as well as this being your 2nd or 3rd appeal of which I'm fairly sure all have been valid punishments so in my opinion you have been given numerous times to improve. I understand this was heat of the moment but since it is clear he did not kill him and no logs are provided to show he did do something KOSable this is
