In my opinion it doesnt look like Goomba shot him at all i can clearly see him holding a sten which is not a one shot to the head, but i can understand how in the heat of the moment it could have looked like he killed the afk. You really need to be more careful because as i am aware this is now the 3rd appeal you have made over a valid warn, how many times do you expect to be let off a punishment because you appeal it?
