how to provide evidence ?? i dont know how to bring up here but Kernol can back me up on the story (since he is now a trusty moderator)

Well screenshots of the logs would be extremely helpful, and also just explaining the story instead of only saying that he RDM’ed you. Also, witnesses are not evidence and will not be taken into account, so without proper evidence this will probably be denied.

i want to ask you something and i will close/ delete the report.
if Player X throws diamond/gold block. X is KOSable. i kill X. Am i now KOSable ? i have a valid reason

Yes

Unfortunately, the moment you kill an innocent, yes you are KOS’able yourself. No matter the context or reasoning you had to kill the player, you can still be killed.

SO no matter the reason i will be KOSable ? even though 3/4 if not all players say KOS this guy i can still be killed if i killed him for throwing diamond block ?
