Overall, you have the reputation of a rule breaker and not someone I'd personally like to see apart of the staff team at this present moment because of that reputation you've gained for yourself.

If you really want to prove otherwise, I would highly suggest taking what Raeker had to say to heart and changing what is fundamentally needed and required of any staff member.

Oh, and actually putting in the effort into your application would go a long way and not simply making it look like you're just doing it for the jokes because despite you saying "this is not a meme apply" there are sections of your application that are either unedited or that you didn't feel like putting that much effort into it. An example would be this section of your application;
I understand that you might not know what you say on your "Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 100 words):" segment, but it would really look best if you sat down for awhile and just figured out what you can do to really fill this in. Because with your reputation, this is probably the most important and crucial segment of the application process for you.
