I'm gonna give you some small ones to improve on in a short notice and after you do that I'll give you some more, so the main things I want you to improve on right now is: Handling forum related topics (appeals, ban/warn requests) and showing your leadership skills more. Good luck again!

So basically the generic thing you say to everyone?

I mean, if they don't improve on those I can't give them detailed and particular feedback for which one.
