It saddens me to hear that you're leaving, but I can fully understand why you feel the way you do. I've been in your position many of times and what always pulls me away from communities are them turning more into being a hassle and more harassment than anything else, when it's suppose to be more focused on just being fun and helping people when they're in need, but it can turn into a real shit show before you know it and it causes more harm than good, which the only way to fix that is cut it loose and breathe.
