This is more than likely expected among the majority of you. Many of you have noticed my lack of activity recently and even commented on it. I realize how inactive I have been with my presence on the server. I tried to do things behind the scenes to better the community as a whole. That project, however, was passed on to another member of the community who will probably be able to do more with it than I ever would.

Now my reasons for leaving, some may know the details, but for the rest of you (my apologies) but this is going to be quite vague. I have lost motivation within the community and lost interest. That is first and foremost. I enjoyed my time staffing and will cherish the friendships I made, but I am to the point of almost negligence with my duties and don’t want that image to stain what I tried so hard to become. As for the more vague reason, I have a very serious personal issue that needs more attention than anything else. The stress of being a Lead Team member has been getting in the way, and I should not even be this stressed. Being in a state of mind like that could be detrimental to me and the issue. Something that I do not need or want.

I guess I could say that this personal issue is the main reason for my resignation, but it really is a mixture of things. If I wouldn’t have this issue, I would simply make an inactivity post to get my shit together and come back stronger than ever, however with this I am seriously unable to. I have allowed certain members of the community to know what this issue is, and I hope they will have the courtesy to not spread it like wildfire. I will tell those deserving and when I am ready for that step. (If I’m ever really ready to tell anyone else.)

This isn’t goodbye forever. I still plan on coming on once in a while and making myself known on the teamspeak and forums. And hopefully helping those that need it. I’ll be honest, I don’t really know what else to write, other than I’m sorry that this is kind of sudden. I haven’t told anyone I was doing this right this moment, but rather in the near future.

May the next generation of Head Admins/Lead Team/Community Managers take ZARP in a better direction and make it a server that everyone will enjoy.

(Also I feel even more shitty as I just got two new ranks and I’m already leaving them so soon… I apologize greatly for that, and hope you can find someone who will do an amazing job. I also will not be revoking this, so don't beg me to. I'm very serious in this action.)
