Saying you have 4-5 warns for rdm because you are knew and didnt know the rules brings up a very valid point as to why you should not get staff just yet. If only a few days ago you had no idea what the rules where it does not give me confidence in thinking you suddenly understand everything. Also i find your attitude a bit concerning and not something i would expect from a potential moderator.

If staff are rdming and breaking rules report them. Without any proof this is just a meaningless accusation, again not something i would want to see from someone trying to get staff.

If that's your attitude in response to criticism then you have no place in this staff team.
Learn from your mistakes and deal with people not always agreeing with your point of view and if you can't learn to do that, you will be heavily criticized for your lack of understanding one of the most important concepts regarding being a staff member.
