Despite your punishments (which, by the way, can get you banned at this point - be careful) I have to say that your activity is outstanding. Just wait one or two weeks and apply again, this time without any punishments - if you keep up a similar activity (or at the very least, consistent activity) then you have a good shot. Just, y'know, try to not break rules.
